SPUR District Phase I is a new eight-story life sciences building located at 580 Dubuque Avenue in South San Francisco, known as the Birthplace of Biotechnology. It offers approximately 330,000 sq.ft. of space. Designed to exceed sustainability goals, the building includes glass, metal, and perforated fins in its facade design that are also part of the art program. Ground floor amenities would include a fitness center, conference space, and a café with an adjacent outdoor terrace near the building’s entry lobby. Located a 5-minute walk from the South San Francisco Caltrain Station, with additional parking available in a four-floor subgrade garage. The project serves as a landmark structure closest to the downtown core, demonstrating the strength of biotechnology development in the area.
