SPUR District Phase I is a new eight-story life sciences building located at 580 Dubuque Avenue in South San Francisco, known as the Birthplace of Biotechnology. It offers approximately 330,000 sq.ft. of space.  Designed to exceed sustainability goals, the building includes glass, metal, and perforated fins in its facade design that are also part of the art program.
