Proposed for the SPUR District in South San Francisco, 800 Dubuque Avenue is a multi-building development spanning 5.8 acres.

It replaces a one-story business park and will offer about 900,000 square feet of lab, office, and amenity space, focusing on biotech. The three buildings include a 10-story West Building (195 feet tall), a nine-story North Building (179 feet tall), and a five-story South Building (115 feet tall). Amenities will include a conference center, fitness center, and potential restaurant or café space.

The goal is to enhance transit accessibility in line with Phase I of the SPUR District.
